Safety Guidelines

01General warnings

We would like to draw users' attention to the fact that a drone is a technical device with an elevated level of hazard. Operation is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on unmanned aircraft systems. Robonexus LLP bears responsibility for flight safety to the extent established by applicable law.

The user is required to:

• Follow all instructions sent by the service before delivery.
• Not interact with the drone unnecessarily — this is prohibited and dangerous.
• Ensure safe conditions in the parcel receiving area.
• Immediately notify the operator of any emergency situation.

By using the service, you confirm that you have read these Guidelines and undertake to comply with their requirements.

02Preparing the delivery zone

Zone requirements:

• An open space of at least 5×5 meters, free of obstacles.
• No people, children, or animals within the landing radius.
• No trees, wires, or structures above or near the zone.
• A level surface with no pronounced slope.
• Good visibility — no thick fog, smoke, or heavy snowfall.

Before each delivery, check that:

• The zone is clear — no people or animals.
• There are no obstacles above or around the zone.
• Children are indoors or kept at a safe distance.
• Animals are restrained or kept indoors.
• The surface is level and clear.
• You have received a notification that the drone has arrived.

03Prohibited actions

• Approaching the drone during flight, descent, or landing.
• Touching the drone — the blades spin at high speed even after landing.
• Trying to catch, intercept, or alter the drone's flight path.
• Obstructing landing or takeoff by standing in the landing zone.
• Pointing laser pointers, flashlights, mirrors, or other objects at the drone.
• Launching other unmanned aerial vehicles nearby.
• Throwing any objects at or near the drone.
• Touching the cargo before the drone has fully stopped and you have received a notification from the service.

04Children and pets

• Children under 18 should not be in the delivery zone without adult supervision.
• Young children should stay indoors or at a safe distance (at least 15 meters).
• Pets must be kept on a leash or confined indoors.
• The user must ensure that no unauthorized person enters the delivery zone when the drone arrives.

05Weather and environmental conditions

Robonexus LLP conducts flights only under acceptable weather conditions. Safety takes priority over delivery speed.

Delivery may be cancelled or postponed in the event of:

• Wind speeds exceeding the drone's permitted technical parameters.
• Dense fog, heavy snowfall, thunderstorms, or extreme precipitation.
• Airspace usage restrictions (temporary zones).
• Other flight safety risks as determined by the operator.

06What to do in an emergency

If the drone falls or makes an emergency landing:

• Do not approach the fallen drone — the spinning blades or damaged structure may pose a hazard.
• Do not attempt to move, lift, or disassemble the device yourself.
• Immediately contact the support service listed below.
• Ensure a safe distance for everyone present — at least 15 meters.

If the drone catches fire:

• Immediately move away and lead everyone to a distance of at least 50 meters.
• Call emergency services: 101 (fire department), 112 (unified emergency number).
• Do not attempt to extinguish the drone's battery yourself.

In any emergency situation:

• Document the location and circumstances of the incident, if possible.
• Do not move the device until company representatives or emergency services arrive.
• Keep the contact details of any witnesses.

07Service limitations

Robonexus LLP reserves the right to:

• Refuse or cancel delivery at any stage for safety reasons.
• Restrict delivery to certain locations, including near airports, government facilities, and specially protected zones.
• Introduce temporary restrictions for technical or weather-related reasons.
• Require the user to confirm that the delivery location meets safety requirements.
