How much does drone delivery cost?
The cost depends on the tariff policy of the service you order through. For example, delivery is free with Arbuz Group LLP on orders from ₸5,000. For smaller orders, delivery may cost up to ₸900.
How does drone delivery work?
Once your order is placed, a drone automatically takes off from the nearest dispatch point and delivers your order exactly to the location you specify — a yard or other open space.
What is the maximum order weight?
Up to 10 kg per drone flight.
What happens if the weather turns bad?
In bad weather, the flight is postponed until conditions are safe.
Is it safe for children and pets?
Yes, as long as the instructions are followed. Children and pets should stay indoors or at least 15 meters away. Do not approach the drone while it is lowering the load.
Is there a flight permit?
Yes. All cargo drones are registered in accordance with Aviation Administration rules. The operating company — Robonexus LLP — holds all the necessary permits and approvals for aviation operations.
